mmm not sure on the problem from that description jankers,

Maybe give it a good clean out, these things do collect a lot of dust from the very nature of their work. Having said that, I have 2 Mini-drills, the first is the Como one distributed by MFA, I have had this now for well over 20 years and it has performed faultlessly over that time...and still does. I also have a Precision Make one produced specially for B&Q. This is a cracking tool and can be used with Dremel bits at a fraction of the cost of a real Dremel Drill. If you buy one now you will get it complete with the extension flexi-drive shaft and stand for £29.99, a total bargain and a superb piece of kit. I bought mine a while ago before the extension shaft and stand were available and am now trying to get those bits without buying another drill (harder than you think).

Worth looking at and maybe putting on your xmas list
