| Remember the upraor when they wanted to ground the Lancaster a few years back ? the air ministry had thousands of complaints from old comrades to youngsters like Charlotte here, perhaps we should all show our disgust to the european authorities controlled by EASA who would sooner forget our history, next they will be grounding historic aircraft because they have to take off across a public road with people in cars, the nanny state has been slowly creeping up on this country, the risks do not lie with our historic machines which are over maintained anyway and better than they first left the factories they were made in.
Actually I consider it an insult to those that gave their lives to save us from tyranny, these machines are a living tribute to them.
