Special instructions#3-The Wheels.

The wheels need a bit of attention,as the centres are out of line and are wobbly and out of line,to rectify this use a drill-stand with a suitable drill bit,and run through the centres again making sure that the wheel is held perfectly flat.
The thickness depends on which brass bushing you use and its wall size, once the hole has been drilled gently flair over the brass tube at the end with a centre punch etc,now replace the bearing and continue to flare over the other end after cutting the brass tube to length, this will do the job.
