Like Phoenix said you don't need a high spec pc for this, in fact if you don't meet the minimum requirements then it's probably time for an upgrade anyway, chances are you wouldn't be able to buy such a low spec pc now.
Best thing to do if download the plane master demo that's available and try before you buy, then you know for sure it will run, you can get it from
