| Thanks Barry - I'll sort that one out right away. I'd like to ask you a real novice question while I've got your attention mate - and it's this.... if the crystal in a 40 mhz TX is replaced with a 35 mhz crystal can it be used on that frequency. Now my thoughts were that it wouldn't work because the TX would be tuned to 35. BUT it might be that the main circuitry is in the crystal.... now the reason I ask this is because I saw someone at our club who was having problems with his boat and was unsure if his TX was faulty borrowed someones crystal out of a 27mhz TX and put it in his 40mhz TX and it worked although not as efficiently as it was expected to. I thought that was really amazing.... what do you reckon Barry????
