| Just to keep you posted,
Have now started cutting the chassis, A Dremel Mini-Drill (or similar) works fine with a carborundum disc, cuts very cleanly but does produce a lot of smoke and fumes, I managed to set my smoke detectors off...!!! Having now aired the place out, I will be finishing off cutting outside. The beauty with the Carb discs is that it cuts a nice clean edge and sands at the same time.
I would certainly recommend Safety Goggles and a Face Mask when cutting this stuff........they are cheap enough in B & Q.
