I'm not so sure I could cope with a political section. My wife spends too much of her time trying to calm me down as it is!!
When I used to host tables in my Cunard days we were always strongly advised to avoid allowing the conversation to get around to religion, politics or sex.
The only time it all fell apart was when we inadvertantly got onto politics one night and it very nearly turned into a bit of a bun fight. |
