Initial Drilling and holes cut out, Minor smoothing off to do and a couple more holes to go on yet but I cannot mark these out until I have bolted some of the components back in place temporarily as this will ensure correct alignment.
This is the first time I have worked with Carbon Fibre but it has been a dream to work with albeit slightly messier with the dust but it beats cutting aluminium anyday. Having the right tools too does help and for the final touches, this stuff files very nicely without too much effort.

I think I deserve a beer or two now
