***Most ( not all ) plans are sold on the basis that 'One model can be built from the drawing' templates normally have to be made in order to get the model completed,as the building 'Templates' ( sic ) are being gifted or loaned and not the plans then there should not be a problem,a template can take many forms ie a simple card cut out,a pasted on image or what-ever,as the plans are not being sold but just held in an archive library for reference then there is no copying,the term (sic) is important here.
Take a look at the link Kiwi has placed,there are certainly plenty breaking the rules and actually selling reprints ( copying ) of drawings,but we are not going along that route.
