Wonwing mate, can you list the website url where you downloaded the driver from? I'll give it the once over. All my stuff here was 98 once. Usually its a matter of unzipping whatever you downloaded to a specific place then pointing the update driver sequence to the exact file it is asking for. Usually if it cannot see the file it is because it is being directed to the zipped download.
nevermind about the url....just reread your post...oops!!!!
just been to the webite and got "page not found"
