It's from Accurate Armour. I got the Panzer crew kit which has 2 officers and 3 ORs. They are on a tree and you assemble them in the attitude you want to suit your model. I aggree about excessive weathering. They look like wrecks some of them. A bit looks good though I think. Bits of wear from mooring lines and foot wear on ladders etc.
