use a long bristle small paint brush and a vacum cleaner on the cpu heatsinc. If you can easily remove the fan, do that then clean.
Do not under any circumstance let the vacum cleaner turn the fan on the cpu. this will make it go backwards and send voltage up your motherboards kyber. repeat for graphics heat sinc and fan and also the psu fans.
