| Regarding Pay-pal I have to say that never had any real problems with the system myself,and it has enabled me to pay quickly for many hundreds of small items in the past,some dont like the 4 per cent charge slapped on low priced sales but that is the same as other financial bodies,generally if I make a few pounds then I spend the Pay-pal money on goodies so it is no good to hackers,a friend has had her account frozen with £100 in it,the reason she has reached a limit that requires her to re-activate her account,something to do with money laundering regulations ? the internet is riddled with people who have had problems with it,but as yet its usefullness has certainly help me buy things that would have required other ways to pay,there are a few million people who use it,and by the way despite what they say to the contrary,it is in fact an E-bay company,they bought it out last September.
