Barry on the side or top of the psu there will be a sticker telling you what the maximum poer out put in watts your psu will supply !! please take this with a pinch of salt because it doesnt state continuous power ! usb hubs especially belkin eat power and i would suggest a 650 watt supply anything less is unreliable in a lot of cases Usb by its very nature draws power for its own devices and can slowdown your system or indeed make it crash or reboot at will
