Interesting thought Barry. I have used Paint Shop Pro now for years as I always found Photoshop too complicated for what I wanted it to do. Also Paint Shop Pro had a very good browser that Photoshop didn't incorporate until recently so now it is a case of what I am used to.

Finally PSP was usually around $100.00 and Photoshop was around $500.00 so it was never a contest for me.

I have never heard of Photo Impression 3. Whose software is it and what sort of price are we talking about for it?

PSP has now actually been bought out by Corel so it has become part of their portfolio. Shame as I remember cutting my teeth on PSP4 as a shareware download many years ago.
