Yes I guessed that you were connected with the recording industry,surprising how many modellers are connected with that industry.
I am going to build a new Autogyro this winter,thinking of a modified Gyrace that looks more scale like ah la Cierva,I really miss loosing my Gyrace,next time the blades will be well bolted into the housing with dual bearings as well,also I think that your Ramin blades are a good idea and easier to make than my original spruce leading edge/balsa te variety you need a spare set anyway to take to the flying field.
Also pondering on electric for power,some have been made for electric flight but much lighter versions.
Autogyro flight is so exciting without the hassle of helicopter set up ( I fly heli as well ) and with practise they can certainly hover,and above all you can fly in stiff breeze they just love it !
Looking forward to cutting timber on one.
