| If Norton has it's own uninstaller programme click on that and let it do it's stuff, if not and you are on Win Xp...go into control panel, then add/remove programmes and find it in the list there, click on it and then the change/remove button and it should do it's stuff...you may have to do a restart after to complete it all.
I will agree with the Others...Norton is a very intrusive programme and does slow down your pc quite a lot.....My sister had a 6 month trial version that used to interfere with everything including allowing her to go onto windows update. When that expired we got shut of it and she now has AVG and has used it ever since.
