Taylor, for a first attempt at figures they look excellent. It takes a steady hand to pick out detail like that.

As Richard says matt would look better so I would give yours a coat of clear matt varnish before going any further. This will look much more realistic. Even the black leather will look matt on a scale of this size so an all over coat will improve the look dramatically.

Keep it thin so that you do not hide any of the detail and it will look as though they were painted matt in the first place.
