yes you will need to thin the paint for spraying. you can get acrylic thinners from most hobby shops, if not search online for tamiya acrylic thinner.

yes brush painting is the way to go about painting figers, i would think spraying them would be impossible, well you can spray on a base cote and other various shades for pre-shading but the detail has to be done by hand!
