Hi to all,

resizing isn´t a problem at all. Scale2scale makes it easyer, but you don´t really need it.

The easiest way: where you come from : where you want to go x 100
in this case 144:48x100=300 per cent.

You need a programm like Corel-Draw, import the original file, resize it to 300 per cent, ready . The greatest problem by scaling up is to print. Mostly you will have to divide on more than one page.

Another problem are the pixels. It´s like enlarging a photo, larger mostly means loosing quality.
