| Greg,you will get your Canberra without robbing this kit,there are still plenty of kits around for this one,if I see one then I will pick it up for you,most people buy them to convert to the B.2 or PR.7 versions as add on resin sets are available.
I keep looking at that yellow colour,it is actually authentic because the A & AEE operated a Canberra in all yellow,there is a German example in overall orange as well.
I notice that the decal sheet serials are yellow,they are usually white,this really is an oddball kit,I think that Nigel is right in saying that it could be VEB,otherwise known as Plastikart,how they come by these moulds is anyones business ? but kit manufacturers do hire moulds out when they are finished with them to obscure manufacturers.
Is there any date anywhere ? look in the corners of the instruction sheet,back of the decal etc.
Incidently I have just found some similar bland boxes in my stash which includes a few Russian kits.
