If you are handy then making a four blade prop is not too difficult,firstly make or turn a suitable spinner from wood,then make four separate blades in profile,sand them to shape incorporating the helical twist,then drill four holes into the spinner,glue correctly as per the picture in your book,prime and paint and you have a four bladed prop.
