Agree 100% about Zaunkoenig(Wren) being a cinch for an ultra STOL/slow-flier and quaint looking. I thought about it when it was first published in Aeromodeller for my ED Bee but the oval monocoque fuz was a bit beyond my skill level then (probably still is I hear them say !) I had a walk-around the one in the Flugwert Scheissheim airfield near Munich and started dreaming but.... Reminded me of Fiesler Storch,Wilga and SAL Pioneer(single) all flaps and slats. Time for an r/c version, depron brigade would love it. Uninspired colour scheme though. We could always imagine that they went into production and cut loose with the "private owner`s" imaginary colours. Why am I thinking Rupert Moore, Barry?
