well if the local ones here are anything to go by (Deganwy and Conwy Marinas right opposite each other) with the Llandudno branch line running next to the Deganwy one. Maybe a nice Yuppy type pub (as per the Mulberry in Conwy Marina - Les Battersby's Local, yes him...!!!), Level crossing onto the road, plenty mooring berths for the boats, fancy prom walkways with lighting, seating areas on the walkways, pastel coloured houses (with balconies of course..!!). Car parks....Boat/Trailer parks even. Footbridges over the railway to either the train Platform or over to a road running alongside.......all these features are on the 2 Marinas I have mentioned above. I see both everyday when I take the dogs out to Deganwy Beach.
