Howdy Dave,
Its me again. About that 1/24th scale airfix Stuka......ya still want one? Ok, well I have found you one online at a company in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. So, there is the cost of shipping overseas involved, but thats all up to you as to whether you even purchase the model.
However, you do realize that a 1:24th scale model is not anywhere close in price to say a 1:48th scale model. Again, thats your business lol.
So, here ya go, you can find the 1:24th scale Airfix Stuka at this link:

Below is the description provided on the website:

I hope this helps you in your quest, I think I may have built this kit many, many, many yrs ago, the description sound so familiar to me and I do remember owning a Stuka with rubber wheels that was about the same size as one of the old "COX" gas powered, line controled airplanes.
I did find other listings for this model however and the costs were $139.50 and $102.00 .
However, I did also find it at tower hobbys (
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LX2286&P=K ) for $74.99 (one dollar less than the site above) but this company is also in the USA so shipping charges would apply again.
Anyway, I hope this helps, atleast you know the model does exsist out there.
Have a good day,
Greg
