i have made this based on John Gosselin's techniques he shows in

im quite pleased with the outcome. it certainly has alot more character than the last one.

And as we know you wont find a single perfect section of airfield and as John says in his tutorial "What about those old cracked, weed-infested parking spots at the far end of the airfield?"

i like how my "muddy puddle" turned out. Simply brown paint with a "puddle" of gloss cote on top. i think the muddy tire tracks turned out a bit too dark but with the plane on i doubt you will notice them that much.

thaving everything at an angle makes it much more pleasing to the eye!
