It is more a case of certification Squiff,the Popular Flying Association will not grant her a permit to fly,if this was America ( the land of freedom ) then she would be airborne by now.
The problem was she was built first before any ongoing inspection,a few people have fell into this trap,before you start building your own aeroplane there is a log book issued,then each part as it is built is cleared as airworthy by a PFA inspector,the construction on this one is immaculate however because there is no paperwork trail that does not count,it is all about the laws of civil aviation,sad but true.
