For a starters you can just try typing MRTP33 into google.
Almost the first one up was this http://s9.invisionfree.com/Greece_Turkey/ar/t9422.htm
Another way is maybe contact the Turkish manufacturer, tell them you want to build a scale model and could they supply you with hull line drawings, they can only say one of two words.
