Well you live and learn,I have overlooked this useful facility,thanks Richard for pointing it out to me.
It must compress the files,am I correct in saying that ?

Unfortunaltely I don't think you can do the same with Express. I save all my e-mails on the ship as a .PST file which has proved useful on more than one occassion. |
