Here is the drawing of the hinges.Hope this can explain how they are done.

The tricky part is the tiny bolt....and make it stay in the middle when the hinges are assembled.All four hinges had to be glued on the upper part first,I could not do one and one.Then the lower part had to be pulled into the hinges and glued to each hinge.
