Thomas, I think I misinterpreted your initial post as i now see that you were indicating that you gas tank gets too hot rather than cools down.

This obviously has significantly more concerning consequences than simply finding it difficult to fill. Are you saying that the gas tank gets hot in service? If this is the case you need to determine why and seriously reduce the effect before you sail her again.
