| I discovered that the museum closed down shortly after making that post. It's the first time I realised the U boat was there and was looking for the museums details online to make a visit!
It's a desperate shame how we don't maintain our heritage or even keep much of our nautical and military heritage, so much is simply scrapped and especially as we have such a proud naval history too.
