There is some really tiny radio control equipment available nowdays. You could checkout this website:

I'm sure the 1:32 flycatcher is possible. Although it would probably be more of a triumph of packaging all the parts in to fit than anything else!

You could probably use blue foam to costruct the fuselage. I've always fancied getting a few of those models and flying them around the school hall at work!
