| Iv'e seen the topflite Corsair and have considered the possibility of using the balsa fuselage to make plugs for molds. Raidentech also sells an fiberglass CMP Corsair kit but its dimensions are a little off, 5 inches short on the fuselage and 5 inches too wide in the wingspan it turns out to be somewhere around 1/7.6 scale. If I need to do so I will make the molds myself, but I would like to make sure I have no other options before I commit to doing so.
I have thought of printing up decals, but on second thought it might look better to just paint on the markings. |
