| Sounds like the Airfix one that i have also built. I had the same problem. they are bendy plastic tracks with a nub on one end and hole in the other. i laid mine out flat and hit them with a heat gun then gently pulled them out a couple of mm's. The effort put in wasnt worth the outcome though. Why didnt I think of Bunk's idea.
