Heres some shots of my high speed underwater missile. I am going to run her on a 50mm racing prop connected to a Graupner Speed 600 12v motor. Shes about 50cm long. I can fit a larger prop in there but I will probably need a bigger ESC first. I am using a separate switching BEC rather than the BEC on the ESC to keep the glitches down and for reliability. Just testing in the bath, I know she's going to be a handful! Not been out on the pond yet, may be next week.
