is the bayonet seal the same as in the delta kit ? or is it produced by your fair hand ?

Thanks, the bayonet lock came with the hull. The Delta does not have an aluminium lock, the oring is held in a goove in the the rear resin bulkhead and a small plastic twist catch holds it in place. I have to dust off my Delta kit and make a start as my winter project. I'll be building it as a camera carrier.
