Howdy miss charlotte,

Ok, I went to google, typed in D-Link DWL-650M 2XR driver and came up with this link:

http://www.wardrive.net/drivers/dlink

I found lots of dwl 650m downloads, but none with the 2XR at the end. However, there is a contact us link on the left, they might be able to tell you which d/l you need. I took the liberty of getting their contact addy for you here:

If the above doesnt help, you might try a generic driver, you can find some on this link....however, I did not specify your card model for this search, you might try specifying your card model and add the words "generic driver" while searching google:

Anyway, i hope this helps you, I think that contacting the company would be best though.
