Hi ,

This is the rare Model of the Planned Successor to the Mitsubishi Zero

Mitsubishi Reppu

A7M2

This was the Final Version ( what you see ) which had to have a different engine fitted ( the Mitsubishi Ha 43 Mk9 _ ) from the A7M1 which had the Nakajima Homare which did not have the performance it was supposed to have .
My Build took 2 months , and did not need the brass Pitot tube and Cannon Barrels offered by Fine Molds as an accessory

The comparison in size between Zero and Reppu
( Right hand wing edge of both aircraft is against A4 Paper )
