I would be quite confident in stating that it is an FG modelsport 1/5 th scale touring car whom ever told your brother that there were only 4 of these in the country was in error i have 3 of FG's models myself . Richard stiles at king cobra used to be the sole importer but They are imported by quite a few companys now . That particular model is quite a few years old now , back in the day it was new it probably cost between 700 - 900 depending who imported it . closer to 900 if the front disc kit was fitted before purchase . alas the price of these has dropped dramatically over the last couple of years due to reasons unknown . Have you seen it in action they are an awesome piece of kit driven by a 23cc zenoah chainsaw engine . I have a couple of technokit cars too . that particular chassis is the sportsline one as the more competition based chassis had ally A-arms and suspension parts and the decks were made from carbon fibre .

To buy something like this brand new today would cost you between 400 - 600 depending of the particular model you wanted .
