The gear sets for the Burrells are a lot of work as are most traction engine gear sets. I do have gear drawings for a couple of Burrels but you would need to let me know what engine your modeling. Sounds a bit like it could be a Thetford town. Drop me an email at il try to sort the drawings out may take till the back of christmas.
