To make it work even better, place whatever you need stripped into a zip bag, the ones where you can reseal them. Then spray the oven cleaner into the bag and then press seal the bag. What this does is keeps the ammonia fumes inside the bag and the acrylic paint removal process is even quicker. Use an old toothbrush to remove any stubborn bits, but do this whilst holding the part under running water, as the oven cleaner is still active and will hurt your eyes, if you get any cleaner in them.
