the ss panzer divisons, the crew had black uniforms! if you gogle it you can find some good pics of the uniforms, and you can see some ss panzers! hope this helps you!
P.S: the Wehrmacht panzer crews had grey (german feild grey) uniforms, if you look at the paints above they are good ones to use!
