| I never apply any glue staright from the bottle/tube. Thicker glues like poly cement or canopy/white glue are applied with toothpick, sometimes sharpened for extra control. Superglue (I only use the runny kind), is blobbed onto an old bit of card or plastic and then applied with the "eye" end of a sewing needle. The "eye" is infact snipped off so that a little U-shape is left. This holds the glue until you touch it to the surface where you want to apply it.
Don't be afraid of glue, Jeff. Unless of course you stick your fingers together (nasty). |
