gun metal withdrawn??!!
although to be honest i just use metalic grey instead anyway, gun metal seems to dark to my eye.
the "light sand" is XF-59, its actually "desert yellow" but is a pretty good colour, you could always lighten it or whatever.
dont mean to be rude here...but if you dont want an airbrush as you wouldnt want to only use it once, but you might buy one for the next model you do. isnt that kind of contradicting yourself there?
an airbrush is an amazing investment and well worth it. search on these forums for a few threads about various makes/models and also give the ARC forums a go, its worth signing up and searching in the tools n tips section, there are hundreds of threads on airbrushes/compressors and how to use them...etc
