The Perkasa is certainly a popular subject on here so you will find plenty of info and photos on same, useful reference stuff for doing yours. Look forwards to seeing the Veron too, sounds like you landed a good bargain there.

For resizing pics I use Photo Resizer Lite from
Resize pictures / Image Resize
It is Freeware, easy to use and does the Job fine for me.
