Howdy Terry,

Well I personally have never built a Mirage model (company not the aircraft), but the lack of "locator pins" is not something that is unusual in the field of model making.
Resin kits rarely have locator pins regardless of who makes them. Mach 2 Models made in france rarely have them either and Mach 2 is a well know model company.
Locator pins are a nice addition to models, but kits have not always had them.
I am sitting here infront one of my stacks of models and can see about 6 that i know that dont have locator pins on the various half pieces. Now thats 6 out of about 50 in this particular stack, and i would guess that about 10% of all my models (close to 200) dont have locator pins.
Now like I said I have never built any of the "Mirage" line of models so I cant attest to their quality. But dont look on the lack of locator pins as a sign of an inferior model.

Have a good day,

Greg

edit: If you would like a list of onli9ne webstores, most of which will ship to the UK, you might look about 1/4 way down the page of this link under "ONLINE DISTRIBUTORS"

http://www.craigcentral.com/models.asp

There is tons of usefull information on this site for modellers of any type so you may want to save that link to your favorites and when you arent busy, give it a look.

Have a good day,

Greg
