| Howdy JT, Well, allow me to help you out abit. I assume you have the 3d model on your computer, if so, this is gonna be real easy for you. There is a program that I use to unfold 3d models called Pepakura, you can find it here: Pepakura Designer . Its a fairly simple program, you simply impport your 3d design into the program and after pushing a few buttons, it unfolds it for you. I dont have it on this particular laptop yet or i would be abit more specific as to what you do, but its really that simple. It will lay out the cut parts on a piece of paper in the best way that will allow all the parts to fit. Just go to the link above and on the left you will see download, click it, on the next page, you want the 'designer" thats the one to download. Now you wont be able to save the unfolded files, but you can print them out and then scan them if you wish to mass produce them. Anyway, the plane is looking great so far, i hope this helps, greg aka GEEDUBBYA |
