Howdy richard,

The model looks great!, for a first completed full cardmodel, ya done real good .
I will have to do some searching but i may know where an aim 120 amraam model is, i just dont remember the scale, but you could resize it since its a cardmodel That is if you would be interested in it.
Anyway, the sparrow looks great and as for a "pylon", I think a piece of styrofoam, cut with a hot wire to make the cuts smooth, would work best for a pylon.Just dont breath the fumes from the melted foam....it will kill.
