Funny you should say that, back when i was married, built my first model rocket to launch with my wifes then 6 yr old son. I didnt know anything about the things at the time, i bought a small one, and the largest rocket motor i could find that would fit it. well we launched it and as it sailed away......and kept on sailing, he said Thats not alot of fun, how will we get it back from outerspace?" We never saw the rocket again, last time i saw it it was heading towards the arkansas riverand was still going up when I lost it. Needless to say one launch wasnt very exciting for him so I had to build more later on lol.
